Drain and re-fill:

  1. Unhook hose to pump. (Do not turn off propane, or the pilot light on the furnace will have to be re-lit.) See Diagram.

  2. Unplug pump. Let water drain.

  3. You can leave in, or bucket out, the remaining water in the hot tub.

  4. Wipe tub quickly with clean cloth.

  5. Hook hose back up. See Diagram.

  6. Re-fill tub until water is above highest jet.

  7. Bleed filter canister nut. (open) Until water spurts out.  Then close. See Diagram

  8. Plug pump back in.

Leaks:

  1. Determine where the leak is coming from.

  2. Check that O-rings are on the hoses. (If there is just a drip from any fitting, leave it alone. It's not a big deal.)

  3. If flex hose has a pin-hole leak, tape it. (Electrical or duct tape will do)

  4. If hose lets go from fitting, switch hose around. (intake/ outtake hoses)

Jets:

  1. Ensure pump is running and not unplugged. See Diagram.

  2. Make sure house fuse breaker is not flipped/ blown.

  3. Check that jet hose is not unplugged from tub to pump. See Diagram.

  4. Check to see if Jet Button is broken.

  5. Are the drain caps inside the bottom of the hot tub plugged?

  6. Are T-valves closed?

Heat:

  1. Check for sufficient propane.

  2. Attempt to light pilot. If already lit, is heat turned all the way up? See Diagram.

  3. Check that the furnace switch is set to the "On" position. See Diagram.

  4. Make sure that the pressure switch is working. (switch can be by-passed by connecting wires together.) See Diagram.
